All Basil’s 1 oz. cookie recipes are baked with No Trans Fats, and one package meets 1 Bread Requirement. These 1 oz. cookies meet many other nutritional requirements, including SB 12 and SB80 California state standards. As with all Biscomerica products, the entire line of 1 oz. cookies are Kosher OU Dairy certified.
